Krungsri Joins Hands with Royal Forest Department and SET to Expand Community Forest in Celebration of World Environment Day on 5 June
Mr. Poonsit Wongthawatchai, Executive Vice President and Head of Environmental, Social, and Governance Division, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri), recently presented high-quality seedlings and organic fertilizers produced from food waste to the Royal Forest Department, represented by Mr. Jirasak Chukwamdee, Deputy Director General of the Royal Forest Department and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), represented by Ms. Noppakao Sucharitakul, Executive Vice President, SET’s Head of Corporate Communications & Social Development Group, in celebration of the World Environment Day on 5 June 2021. The seedlings and fertilizers are given based on the public-private partnerships to increase and restore 10-rai of Ban Phutum community forest in Phetchaburi under the Care the Wild ‘Plant & Protect’ project. The presentation ceremony was held at the Royal Forest Department.
