Karen Mae Ching at AWS Highlights How The Cloud Can Change The Front End of an Organisation
Karen Mae Ching, Global Financial Services Partner Sales Program Lead at AWS, discusses the potential that cloud technologies have to impact the front-end of businesses.
“Whether you’re a National, Multi-Global Firm, or even a Startup; you would always have a front-end, a middle and a back-office.” explains Karen, “There’s always people in the back doing things for you, then the middle negotiating and doing quality-check and then, of course, the front-end is where we are right now with the technology behind us”
“At the end of the day, there are people behind those machines. There are people behind those processes that you have. The most important thing is that if you put them at their best, they will be at the best in front of your customer Because, at the end of the day, there’s someone out there that’s really gonna get that product and say ” ’what’s my customer journey look like?’ ”
