Just Cash Flow PLC introduces merchant facilities

Just Cash Flow PLC has added merchant facilities to their suite of products and services, in response to customer demand.

The decision highlights the inevitable shift of SMEs turning to alternative lenders for products beyond capital, as traditional banks move focus away from the small business sector.

John Davies, Chairman of Just Cashflow, commented:

“Increasingly, our customers tell us that they struggle to get access to things like payment services. On top of that, they often don’t have the leverage to negotiate price, and can’t afford to wait for weeks at a time when things go wrong.

“As traditional banks move away from servicing the small business sector, alternative lenders have an important part to play in filling the gap and providing valuable services for small businesses beyond just lending.

“We know that there is a need for a fast, cost-effective payments solution offering a full range of services, and so we are thrilled to be launching a product that will deliver all of this and genuinely help our customers as they look to grow.”

The offering will include:

· A full range of desktop and mobile terminals and eCommerce solutions for accepting chip and PIN, contactless, Apple Pay / Android Pay, magnetic stripe card payments and online payments supporting all major schemes including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club International, Discover and JCB.

· Transaction settlement within 2-3 business days and 24/7 real-time reporting

· A free review to identify customer needs, review their current solutions and fees to highlight any hidden charges and savings that could be made

· A dedicated account manager

· Access to a customer support line for troubleshooting

· Typical savings of 20-30% on merchant service fees over traditional providers

The initiative is a partnership between Just Cashflow and leading payment solutions operator 123Send, who use the collective buying power of all of their customers to ensure a better deal. 123Send have established themselves as a market leader in providing independent businesses with payment solutions for the last 18 years. Ian Rutland, COO of 123Send, commented:
