Zurich UK Appoints Paul Norcott as UK Operations Director

In this key leadership role, Paul will oversee a wide range of critical functions including Operations and Information Governance, Financial Crime right through to Business and Supplier Resilience and Customer Operations.

Paul brings extensive experience from across the financial services sector, having held senior positions at Tesco Bank, First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), The Co-operative Bank, Barclaycard, Bank of America, and American Express before joining Zurich in 2024.
