Newfront Appoints Former Marsh Leader as US Growth Leader
Newfront, the tech-driven insurance brokerage firm based in San Francisco, welcomes Cole Wagner as U.S. Growth Leader and Executive Vice President. Wagner joins from Marsh and brings more than 20 years of experience building high-performing teams and developing successful marketplace strategies.

Most recently at Marsh, Wagner was the Central Zone Growth Leader, overseeing 18 offices throughout the Central U.S., which was the No. 1 sales zone in 2022. Wagner was responsible for the delivery of all company resources, supervising client teams, and implementing strategies within the market. As a producer, Wagner was consistently in the top 1% at Marsh. During his 20 years at the company, Wagner held various roles including client executive, placement specialist for middle-market companies, and client advisor within the global risk management practice.
