HSB Canada Welcomes Jeff Walker, Head of Distribution

HSB Canada today announced that Jeff Walker has been appointed Head of the Treaty Reinsurance, Broker Distribution and Managing General Agent (MGA) Divisions.

Walker, Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution, will report to John Mulvihill, President and CEO of HSB Canada, which is part of Munich Re.

“We are pleased to welcome Jeff on board to support HSB Canada as we expand our product and service offerings to better support the opportunities we provide to our customers and create new ones,” said Mulvihill.

Walker joined HSB Canada on May 9, 2023 with over 18 years of insurance industry experience including leadership roles with responsibilities in sales and business development, brand and communications, property claims and digital strategy.

“HSB Canada has a great team, strong values ​​and a stable core of products that form a solid foundation,” said Walker. The addition of new products and the continued focus on our strategic partnerships offer excellent opportunities for growth. »

Walker holds an MBA and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation.
