Digital Care rebrands to bolttech
Digital Care sp. z o.o (“Digital Care”), a Poland-based device protection and services company, has been renamed to bolttech Poland sp. z o.o, and rebranded to bolttech.
This follows the completion of bolttech’s acquisition of Digital Care in October 2023, when Digital Care became a part of the growing international insurtech group.
Founded in 2012, Digital Care is an established provider of innovative and customer-centric solutions for all aspects of device lifecycles to the Poland market, as well as a number of other markets across Asia, Europe and Africa. With the rebrand, bolttech enhances its footprint in Europe and beyond with a full suite of embedded device solutions.
Rob Schimek, Group CEO, bolttech said, “We’re thrilled to announce the rebrand of Digital Care to bolttech following our acquisition last year. The rebrand milestone amplifies our ability to connect customers with tailored solutions to protect the things they value in their lives. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to our journey—we’re ready for the next chapter of success.”
The rename and rebrand have no impact on Digital Care’s service or offerings to its partners and customers. All existing services and agreements will remain in place.
