Cover Genius Strengthens Executive Leadership as It Scales Global Embedded Protection

Cover Genius, the global Insurtech for embedded protection, has strengthened its Executive Leadership Team with the appointments of Jennifer Aubert Parker as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Nidhi Daga as Global Senior Vice President, Marketing (Global SVP – Marketing). As Cover Genius enters its second decade, the company continues to scale rapidly with a focus on long-term partner performance, operational reliability and consistent customer outcomes.

It has protected more than 41 million customers worldwide through over 100 million policies sold via API integrations with the world’s largest digital platforms. These appointments reflect the company’s focus on building the leadership depth required to support its next phase of global growth.

Jennifer is a seasoned revenue leader with extensive experience scaling global B2B and fintech platforms. She has led high-performing teams across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, driven digital transformation initiatives, and supported the growth and integration of complex, multi-market businesses. Her experience  includes guiding organizations through periods of rapid scale, embedding AI across commercial operations to improve decision-making, speed to market and scalability, while maintaining strong governance and partner confidence.

In her role at Cover Genius, Jennifer will oversee Revenue Strategy, Sales, Partner Growth, Insurance and Marketing, with a focus on accelerating partner growth, expanding ecosystems and unlocking data-led commercial performance, through AI-enabled insights that help partners grow faster and operate more efficiently.

As Global SVP, Marketing, Nidhi will lead Cover Genius’ global marketing and brand strategy, shaping how the company shows up across markets, ensuring its AI-first platform, capabilities and outcomes are clearly understood and consistently represented, as it continues to expand into new partners, verticals and regions.
