Insurium Announces Appointment of Insurtech Veteran Len Rodkey as Vice President of Industry Solutions
Insurium™, a market-leading cloud-based core software platform for the commercial insurance industry, announced the appointment of Insurtech industry veteran Len Rodkey, as Vice President of Industry Solutions. With over two decades of workers’ compensation expertise, Len brings a unique blend of experience to the Insurium team. Her insurance operations and software background enables her to collaborate with Insurium’s Sales, Marketing, Product and Operational teams to deliver a solid positive customer experience framework through partnerships and industry functionality-rich applications.
Prior to joining Insurium, Len has had the opportunity to review, implement, and manage numerous policy and claims administration systems. Most recently, Len was Director of Implementation for Tropics Software Technologies (acquired by Insurity). Previously, Len was the VP of Operations for Guarantee Insurance company, relocating Insurance backroom operations from South Carolina to her home State of Florida. She has also played a variety of operational roles for Unisource Administrators, a Third-Party Claims Administrator and Managing General Agency, including VP of Regulatory Compliance, VP of Claims Operations and VP of Information Technology. Len holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tampa, a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida State University. Len maintains an active Florida All Lines Insurance license and has been a volunteer for the Workers’ Compensation Institute’s annual educational conference for over 2 decades.
