Onbe, a leading corporate payouts platform, announced the appointment of Bryan Haynes as Chief Sales Officer, effective today. Haynes joins Onbe’s executive leadership team, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Bala Janakiraman, bringing over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation in the payments and fintech space. Bryan will oversee Onbe’s sales team and spearhead commercial efforts that capitalize on growing demand for corporate payouts solutions.
Haynes is an experienced revenue leader, bringing a proven track record of scaling sales results. He joins Onbe from P97 Networks, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, through its successful acquisition by PDI Technologies. Prior to P97, Bryan was Chief Revenue Officer at Papaya, where he accelerated payment volume growth by 300% year-over-year and forged strategic enterprise partnerships.
“Bryan joins us at an inflection point as we see accelerating demand for our corporate disbursement solutions,” said Bala Janakiraman, Chief Executive Officer of Onbe. “His proven ability to scale sales organizations at a variety of high growth businesses positions us well for our continued growth.”
During his tenure as a founder of Blackhawk Network, Bryan helped scale the company from six employees to over 4,000 team members across 26 countries. He was a key leader in Blackhawk’s sales organization, where he and the team helped establish a new category of branded payments and rapidly scaled the category globally.
“The corporate payouts landscape is evolving rapidly, and Onbe’s platform is uniquely positioned to capture this opportunity,” said Haynes. “I’m excited to grow and scale the sales organization that will accelerate Onbe’s path to market leadership and help transform how enterprises engage with their customers and employees through payments.”
