Napier AI Appoints Adam Flowers as Chief Revenue Officer to Accelerate Global Growth
Napier AI, London-based financial crime compliance RegTech, has appointed Adam Flowers as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company’s global revenue growth strategy.
Flowers brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in scaling SaaS businesses, building go-to-market teams and driving sustainable revenue growth across four continents. He joins Napier AI from Aptitude Software, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company into a global business and delivering significant revenue expansion, notably an 800 per cent growth of the APAC region during his seven-year tenure in Singapore.
In his role, Flowers will be responsible for all aspects of Napier AI’s revenue generation, including marketing, partnerships, direct sales and customer growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Flowers’s immediate priority will be to streamline and sharpen Napier AI’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring focus on key markets and verticals such as banking, wealth and asset management and payments. A particular emphasis will be placed on building the partnerships function into a scalable revenue engine while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Adam Flowers, Chief Revenue Officer at Napier AI, commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Napier AI at such a pivotal point for the business. The pressures of regulatory change, the globalisation of financial systems and the sophistication of financial crime make this a defining moment in the industry. Napier AI’s client base, including tier-one institutions, demonstrates the strength of its platform and the trust it has earned.
What particularly excites me is Napier AI’s ‘compliance-first AI’ approach, embedding explainable AI in everything we do in a way that delivers real value while avoiding the risks of unchecked automation. Napier AI is a mission driven business, and I am excited to help drive its growth while contributing to the fight against financial crime.”
Greg Watson, CEO of Napier AI, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Adam to the leadership team. His track record of building high-performing global sales organisations and scaling revenue makes him the ideal person to lead our next phase of growth. Adam’s focus on execution, partnerships and customer value aligns perfectly with Napier AI’s ambitions to be recognised as the leader in financial crime compliance. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand globally and cement our position at the forefront of the RegTech market.”
Flowers’s appointment goes alongside the recent hire of James Brown, Global Head of Partnerships, further strengthening Napier AI’s capabilities. With over 20 years’ experience building partnership ecosystems at organisations including Dow Jones, and Diligent, Brown brings deep expertise in helping financial institutions deliver digital transformation through collaborative solutions.
At Napier AI, Brown will be focused on harnessing partnerships that combine cutting-edge artificial intelligence with practical applications, enabling compliance leaders to better tackle the complex, real world challenges of financial crime.
