Harry Fast Joins Alliant Insurance Services’ Employee Benefits Group in New York
Alliant Insurance Services has hired employee benefits consultant Harry Fast as Vice President, Value Based Solutions within the New York office of its Employee Benefits Group. In this new position, Fast will work with a dedicated team to deliver analytics-driven, value-based risk management solutions to the healthcare delivery market.
“Harry is a valuable addition to our Employee Benefits Group as he brings a distinct analytical approach to his benefits planning and has expertise working with value-based care models,” said Kevin Overbey, President, Alliant Employee Benefits. “His unique background and broad skill set makes him an invaluable resource to his clients and our benefits team.”
Fast’s previous role was in business development with a value-based care company, in which he developed and distributed innovative risk protection and analytics products to help healthcare providers thrive in two-sided risk arrangements. Fast rejoins Alliant where he previously served as a market-leading benefits consultant with expertise in creating employee benefits solutions that increase employee engagement, enhance productivity, and drive down healthcare costs for employers. He also has extensive experience in contractual risk protection products, value-based care models, analytics insights, benefits strategy, and retirement services.
Fast earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University. He has several financial services certifications and licenses, including his series 6, 63, 65, and The Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) certification.
