FISCAL Technologies joins forces with Shared Services Forum UK through sponsorship of Purchase to Pay Network

Forensic solutions and services provider FISCAL Technologies has been announced as the new sponsor of the Shared Service Forum UK’s Purchase to Pay Network. This new partnership will add a powerful new dimension to the P2P guidance that SSF UK offers, helping organisations to streamline processes and make the most of new technologies at a time when efficiency and cost-effective practices are more important than ever.

The Purchase to Pay Network helps members to develop a deeper understanding of every aspect of P2P. It provides a platform for organisations to learn more about P2P technology and best practices, by encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing between businesses.

David Griffiths, CEO at FISCAL Technologies, said: “We’re thrilled to become a part of the Shared Service Forum UK’s Purchase to Pay Network. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to share the lessons we have learnt in supporting finance leaders over the course of the last 17 years. Our modus operandi at FISCAL is to help accounts payable teams minimise fraud while managing cost risks and maintaining regulatory compliance, so we’re looking forward to assisting others in meeting these objectives.

“Current circumstances – with so many accounts payable employees now working from home – have also forced businesses to come up with new ways of ensuring high volumes of complex transactions can still be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is an area where we believe we can have a significant impact.”

SSF UK Board Directors David Herd and Lisa Hooley added: “It is great news to have FISCAL Technologies on board as sponsor of our Purchase to Pay Network. Helping organisations to navigate technology and efficiency challenges is central to what we do at the Forum, so we’re eagerly anticipating seeing how FISCAL’s unique expertise will help us further this goal.

“Accounts payable teams face a wide range of challenges on a daily basis: the organisation’s bottom line depends heavily on how well the AP department functions, so employees need to be given the tools to eliminate fraud and make sure that payments are being made and received on time.”

Griffiths concluded: “We’re excited to get started with this partnership, and hope it will be instrumental in helping organisations to transform their P2P processes.”
