Wealthify Appoints New CEO, Richard Ambrose

Wealthify today announces the appointment of a new CEO, Richard Ambrose, formerly of Azimo, PayPal, and eBay. Ambrose takes over from Andy Russell who, having led the business to new levels of growth over the last four years, has decided that now is the right time to move onto the next phase of his career.

Ambrose joins with over 25 years’ digital and fintech experience, most recently as CEO of the digital money transfer service, Azimo, scaling the business to over 3 million customers. He has also held senior roles at PayPal and eBay.

New CEO, Richard Ambrose said: “I am thrilled to join Wealthify as CEO. Its mission to make investing affordable and accessible for everyone is in the best traditions of fintech. Wealthify has built some great technology, and I’m proud to be joining its brilliant team.”

Former CEO, Andy Russell said: “It’s been a privilege to lead Wealthify over the last four years.
