ThinCats Strengthens Transaction Management Team with Senior Hire
ThinCats, the leading alternative finance provider to mid-sized SMEs, has announced today the appointment of Jo Power as Regional Head of Transaction Management for the South and Midlands. Jo is a qualified chartered accountant with nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance and lending within the UK mid-market.
Jo joins ThinCats from FRP Corporate Finance where she was a senior member of the debt advisory team raising debt capital in support of M&A transactions. This included leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, and refinancing. Prior to that, she was a Senior Director at a US debt fund underwriting new UK and cross-border mid-market SME loans and building out the London transaction and portfolio teams.
