Scottish Widows Platform Accelerates Adviser Workflows with Voyant Integration
Scottish Widows has announced a further upgrade to its adviser Platform, which now provides access to the financial modelling software Voyant. This software, used by over 4,000 firms and 9,000 advisers, is available immediately through the Scottish Widows Platform app store for those who currently use Voyant.
This integration between Voyant and Scottish Widows Platform enables advisers[1] to seamlessly use real-time platform data within the modelling software, eliminating the need to rekey data, which reduces the risk of errors and speeds up client service.
Voyant’s easy-to-use modelling tool gives advisers and paraplanners a comprehensive, streamlined dashboard through which to manage clients’ financial planning. The tool allows advisers to show clients their entire investment plan in a single view, where they can work collaboratively with their adviser on achieving their financial goals.
This latest improvement follows hot on the heels of the recent announcement that the Scottish Widows Platform would offer data connections to adviser’s CRM systems via the Origo Integration Hub.
This latest integration with Voyant forms part of Scottish Widows’ mission to deepen and broaden platform functionality and integration for advisers and paraplanners, with the ambition to make the platform one of the most connected in the market. These ambitious connectivity plans have been made possible by significant investment into the platform.
Ross Easton, Head of Platform Proposition, Scottish Widows, commented: “A key pillar of our proposition is to continuously evolve the platform to ensure advisers and paraplanners have access to the best tech. Our integration with Voyant delivers on that promise. In particular, the access to real-time data from our platform will save advisers time that they can use to deliver more value for their clients.
“We’re continuing to explore ways to expand the range of connections adviser teams have as part of our ongoing development. Ultimately, we want to be indisputably the easiest platform for advisers to do business on.”
David Kaufman, CEO, Voyant, commented: “We’re delighted to announce the integration of Voyant with the Scottish Widows Platform. This will allow both advisers and paraplanners using our software to benefit from the real-time data provided by the platform, speeding up processes and eliminating the need to manually rekey data. We look forward to continuing to work with Scottish Widows to bring further benefits to those using our software.”
