S-RM Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Leading global intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM, has today announced the appointment of professional services financial expert Kelly Rogers-Davison as its new Chief Financial Officer.

In her new role as CFO, Kelly will ensure that the company’s financial strategy continues to support S-RM’s growing partnerships and clients. Kelly will also lend her expertise to expand S-RM’s operations internationally and develop new innovative financial strategies.

Kelly brings with her over 20 years of professional services financial leadership experience from some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Kelly has an impressive track record of change implementation, transformation programs, systems migrations, re-financing, and process improvement, including extensive experience of both domestic and international M&A.

Before her appointment to CFO at S-RM, Kelly most recently worked as Finance Director at Slater & Gordon, a PE backed Legal Services business managing a team of 100 employees. Prior to this role, Kelly was also finance Director at DWF, the first UK LLP to float on the main market.
