Q2 Announces Dual Listing on NYSE Texas

Q2 Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: QTWO), a leading provider of digital transformation solutions for financial services, announced the dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, the newly launched fully electronic equities exchange based in Dallas, Texas. Q2 will continue to maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock exchange and trade under the symbol QTWO on both exchanges. The listing will be effective on August 15, 2025.
