Przelewy24 and Liberis Join Forces to Revolutionize E-commerce Financing

Liberis, a leading global embedded finance platform, today announced a strategic partnership with the Polish ecommerce payment operator, Przelewy24, part of the Nexi Group, to launch Przelewy24 Finance. This landmark partnership marks a major expansion of Liberis’ embedded finance capabilities in Poland. Building on our existing presence, we are now introducing an advanced, automated funding application process tailored for e-commerce merchants.

The partnership will provide approximately 10,700 Polish merchants with fast, flexible access to working capital through deal sizes up to 1.2 million PLN (c. £250,000) – significantly larger than existing funding solutions in the market. Przelewy24 Finance is powered by Liberis Create, the company’s API-driven embedded finance platform, enabling merchants to access funding directly within Przelewy24’s merchant portal with minimal paperwork and rapid decision-making.

Transforming Polish E-Commerce Finance

Przelewy24 Finance addresses the critical funding gap facing Polish e-commerce merchants by offering a seamless, technology-driven alternative to traditional lending. The solution enables merchants to invest in inventory, marketing campaigns, business expansion, and day-to-day operations without the barriers typically associated with conventional finance.

“This marks the continued expansion of Liberis in the Polish market, and we’re thrilled to do so through a trusted partner like Nexi Group, with whom we’re already seeing great success across Europe,” said Rob Fairfield, CEO of Liberis. “We look forward to deepening our collaboration through additional product offerings and enhanced merchant engagement initiatives to empower Poland’s embedded finance ecosystem.”

Seamless Integration, Maximum Impact

Przelewy24 Finance distinguishes itself through its embedded approach, offering Polish merchants:

·           Fully automated application process – a market first for Poland

·           Funding amounts up to 1.2 million PLN, exceeding competitor offerings

·           Fast decision-making and disbursement with minimal paperwork

·           Pre-integrated application flows within the familiar Przelewy24 merchant portal

·           Tailored solutions for e-commerce merchants with growth ambitions

·           Direct access through email marketing and in-platform messaging

The solution is specifically designed for Polish e-commerce merchants, including high-value businesses generating over 255.000 PLN in revenue, providing them with the capital needed to scale operations and seize growth opportunities.

“We want to help our e-commerce partners achieve success and remove the obstacles they’ve often faced when accessing financial services,” said Michał Hull, CEO at Przelewy24. “The launch Przelewy24 Finance equips e-commerce businesses  with the financial tools they need to grow and thrive.”

Supporting Poland’s Digital Economy

The launch of Przelewy24 Finance reflects the growing demand for embedded finance solutions in Poland’s thriving e-commerce sector. By integrating funding directly into the merchant experience, the partnership removes traditional friction points and enables businesses to access capital when and where they need it most.

This partnership represents a significant milestone in Liberis’ European expansion strategy and demonstrates the company’s commitment to supporting digital commerce growth across diverse markets through strategic partnerships with leading payment providers.
