OpenAI Launch ChatGPT Go in Brazil and Partners With Nubank for Exclusive Benefits

OpenAI announced ChatGPT Go in Brazil, a new subscription plan designed to give people greater access to ChatGPT’s advanced capabilities with a 65% lower price when compared to ChatGPT Plus.  The version is a new, lower-cost premium alternative between the free and Plus versions and comes to the market with exclusive benefits for Nubank customers, who can get up to a one-year free subscription. This is OpenAI’s first partnership with a financial institution in Brazil.

ChatGPT Go subscribers, including Nubank clients, will gain access to some of ChatGPT’s most popular features, including higher message limits, image generation, file uploads, and memory—all powered by GPT-5, OpenAI’s most-advanced model. ChatGPT currently has 50 million monthly active users in Brazil, and this new plan will allow more people to take advantage of AI’s more advanced benefits for everyday needs – whether for translation, tutoring or teaching, writing, or “how to” guidance.

Nubank customers in Brazil can subscribe to ChatGPT Go through the Nu app with the following special benefits:

• Nubank customers get a 1-month free subscription (valid for customers without a history of paid ChatGPT subscriptions)
• Nubank+ customers get a 3-month free subscription
• Ultravioleta customers get a 1-year free subscription

To activate the benefit, you must get the coupon on the home screen or in the benefits center of the Nu app, and then complete the registration on the ChatGPT website. Offer subject to limited availability.

All other people can visit chat.openai.com or download the ChatGPT mobile app, create an account and select ChatGPT Go as your plan at a R$ 39,99 price. If you already have a free account, it is possible to upgrade to Go from within the mobile or web app.
