Mike Sleightholme Elected to the Board of the International Securities Services Association

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) is pleased to announce that the International Securities Services Association (ISSA) has elected Mike Sleightholme, President of Broadridge International, to its Board of Directors.

“We are pleased to welcome Mike to our Board of Directors,” said Vicky Kyproglou, ISSA Chair. “Mike’s diverse experience and global outlook, along with his deep technology and operations expertise and Broadridge’s depth and scale, provide a strong perspective in helping further ISSA’s mission.”

International Securities Services Association (ISSA) is a Switzerland-headquartered association supporting the securities services industry. ISSA’s aims are on finding progressive solutions to mitigate risk, improve efficiency and effectiveness – from issuer through to investor. ISSA also provides broader thought leadership to help shape the future of the industry.

As president of Broadridge International, Sleightholme is responsible for the company’s fast-growing front-to-back Trade Lifecycle Technology, Global Proxy and Asset Management Data and Technology businesses outside of North America, with a special focus on Europe and Asia. Before joining Broadridge he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of SS&C’s DST Systems. Prior to that, Sleightholme was the Global Head of the Hedge Fund Services business at Citi’s Alternative Investor Services and was based in Hong Kong for eight years, overseeing Citi’s Asset Servicing businesses. He also helped set up middle office operations for Legal and General Investments in London and developed the tri-party collateral management platform for Citi.
