Ex-Sygnum Marc Wäcklerlin Joins SCRYPT Digital as New CTO

SCRYPT   Digital,   the   Swiss-licensed company offering a single point of access into digital assets for institutions,   has announced the appointment of software development and financial expert   Marc Wäckerlin as   Chief Technology Officer.

Marc brings over   30+  years of professional experience in the finance industry and in software development and engineering. He has experience as a software engineer at SwissSign AG where he developed client tools for Suisse ID and has extensive experience with software development at Siemens Schweiz AG.

Most recently, Marc was the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director at Swiss crypto bank Sygnum Bank AG where he introduced and led their technology systems’   redesign enhancing the efficiencies of the business. Marc hired, trained, and managed their team of developers which resulted in crucial improvements for the company.
