Encompass Corporation Announces the Appointment of Alex Ford as Chief Revenue Officer

Encompass Corporation, the market-leading Corporate Digital Identity provider, announces the appointment of Alex Ford to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) alongside her current position as President of North America. Alex’s new role will play an integral part of the company’s growth and development plans as Encompass continues to pioneer the Corporate Digital Identity (CDI) market.

In today’s interconnected world, digital identities are paramount to both the corporate client experience and transformation in banking. As Encompass Corporation’s President of North America, Alex has been partnering with leading financial institutions leveraging CDI technology and is readily prepared to take on global responsibilities as the organisation’s CRO, building relationships with Encompass’ key banking clients and partners across the world.

Joining the company in 2012, Alex has held executive responsibility for several business functions, including overseeing the launch and expansion of Encompass Corporation’s UK and North American operations and building strategic relationships with industry groups in these regions. With her extensive experience at the company and within the industry, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to help drive Encompass Corporation as the market leader in CDI. Alex will oversee the company’s revenue-generating processes from the company’s New York office, aligning sales, marketing, and alliances to optimise revenue growth.

Alex serves on the board of The RegTech Association and was named one of the 20 Most Influential Women in FinTech by American Banker in 2024. In addition, Alex has been celebrated for her work and impact across the FinTech industry by being placed on the Innovate Finance Women in FinTech Powerlist in 2023. She has played a key role in shaping the industry, by partaking in various industry forums including co-founding Women in RegTech New York. These achievements and initiatives further highlight Alex’s investment in driving the industry forward.
