Creditspring Outperforms Industry on Complaints, Satisfaction, and Trust
Creditspring, the subscription-based lender on a mission to improve financial stability across the UK has reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, fairness, and member support by achieving outstanding results across customer satisfaction metrics, complaints handling, and independent reviews.
In the 12 months between July 2024 and June 2025, Creditspring has maintained one of the lowest complaint rates in the consumer credit sector with only 2.6 complaints per 1,000 members were recorded. Even when complaints are raised, Creditspring consistently demonstrates its dedication to fair outcomes.
In the year where complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) reached their highest level for six years1, only 56 complaints were brought against Creditspring. Of these, 91% were found in favour of Creditspring (51) – significantly higher than the industry benchmark of 66% (April 2024 – March 2025)2.
This track record is matched by exceptional independent customer reviews. Creditspring currently holds a Trustpilot score of 4.8 out of 5, based on more than 20,000 reviews, placing the lender among the highest-rated in the sector. Furthermore, the business’ rolling 30-day Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score currently stands at 84% – higher than the industry average of 77%-82%, underscoring the strength of its service and members’ trust.
The strong customer satisfaction comes as demand grows for fairer credit alternatives amidst the rising cost of living. Creditspring has now provided £600 million in loans and surpassed 300,000 active members in the UK – growth that signals customers are seeking safer, more transparent borrowing options. Initiatives like the Learning Academy, which boosts financial knowledge, and Creditspring Go, a credit trainer offering personalised insights and tips, are vital in helping members build confidence with money and increasing their chances of borrowing with Creditspring, in turn reducing their reliance on high-cost credit.
A recent Trustpilot review illustrates the positive difference Creditspring makes in its members’ lives: “Creditspring has been a lifesaver for me. The process is simple, and the terms are clear with no hidden fees. Their customer service is excellent, and they genuinely care about helping you improve your financial situation. Thanks to Creditspring, I’ve been able to build my credit score and manage my finances better.”
Neil Kadagathur, CEO and Co-founder of Creditspring, said: “Credit in the UK has historically been confusing, costly, and has not prioritised consumers’ needs. Our mission has always been to change that, providing simple, fair, and transparent credit that truly helps people build stronger financial futures. These results are testament to our member-first approach and commitment to responsible lending, proving that when lenders put members first, everyone benefits.”
