Fintech B2B Marketing Launches Regional Chapters In The UK/Europe & North America
FinTech B2B Marketing, the first global peer-to-peer community of specialist B2B marketers connecting professionals working in FinTech, Financial Services, and Technology, today announced the launch of two regional chapters, in North America and in UK/Europe. The launch is accompanied by a global roundtable that brings together community members. The new regional chapters will strengthen the community’s focus on driving brand awareness and expanding its footprint.
FinTech B2B Marketing chapters will build on the community’s mission to break down silos between FinTech/Tech and Financial Services marketers. The group has reached over 4,000 subscribers and members. Its members control more than $1 billion in aggregated annual marketing expenditure globally.
By fostering community among marketers, FinTech B2B Marketing highlights real-world experience and offers practical insights curated by members and hosts events focusing on collaboration and learning. Members share challenges and successes directly with peers responsible for marketing in similar organisations. Local chapters will provide more venues for direct, trusted interactions with industry colleagues.
In addition, FinTech B2B Marketing community members nominate North America chapter co-chairs by for one year. Inaugural North America co-chairs are led by senior industry leaders including Marcel Chambers, Global Head of Client Development, Chartis Research, and Francine Lecompte, Principal at Digital Nimble and supported by Membership Committee head, Colleen Judge, Head of Marketing for Matrix Applications.
The UK/European Chapter is led by senior leaders including Meredith Odgers, Founder of BambooWorx, and Helene Sourdeau, Senior Marketing Manager for TrinTech.
These industry leaders bring the leadership team’s combined experience with FinTech and Financial Services to over 100 years.
Commenting on the appointment, Payal Raina, Founder of FinTech B2B Marketing, said: “We are delighted to see how the community is growing strength-to-strength with the launch of new regional chapters. We have engaged, senior members to join our team as co-chairs as we continue to invest in building a strong leadership team in 2023. We are excited by the immense growth we have achieved in the first half of 2023, doubled the size of the community since last year and we look forward to building on this momentum.
“FinTech B2B Marketing has worked to understand and uncover those concepts, practices, and regions where marketers need to focus. UK/Europe and North America are our two biggest markets” said Payal Raina, Founder of the FinTech B2B Marketing Council.
Francine Lecompte commented “I am thrilled to have the opportunity of co-chairing the North American Chapter. As marketers, we all know how fast FinTech is evolving. Staying ahead of the curve and engaging with clients effectively is challenging. I’ve learned over the years that building a strong network is the key to success. It not only boosts our understanding of the latest innovative knowledge and technologies, it enables us to make our industry stronger while demonstrating that marketing is a driving force.”
Marcel commented: “It is an honor to have been nominated as co-chair for the North American Chapter of Fintech B2B Marketing. I am excited to work with my fellow members to help expand and grow the community in North America. It is an increasingly important platform to share best practices and peer-to-peer networking opportunities for marketers in this region.”
Meredith commented: “I’m delighted to be working closely with other fearless fintech marketing leaders Payal Raina, Hélène Sourdeau, and our North American chapter Co-Chairs to support a thriving community to do, share and celebrate their best work. To do that, I’ll be focusing my time on nurturing the positive impact that we as fintech marketers can make through responsible marketing and sustainable growth.”
