Finery teams up with Online Payments giant Klarna to drive International growth

Klarna Checkout and Pay After Delivery now available to all Finery shoppers in the UK and internationally

Today, one of Europe’s leading payment providers, Klarna, has partnered with UK’s most talked about online fashion label, Finery, to support its domestic and international scaling. On track for triple digit growth this year following an unprecedented £5m revenues in its debut year, Finery aims to make its online process smoother than ever by adopting Klarna for its checkout.

When making a purchase on desktop, tablet or mobile, customers will now benefit from Klarna’s unique technology to make a purchase by simply entering their email and postcode, rather than providing complicated log-in information and card details. Shoppers will also have the option to use Klarna’s Pay After Delivery solution to pay for their products up to 14 days after delivery.

For Finery’s customers, it will be like having a changing room in the comfort of their own home. They will have the option to receive their goods at home and pay after delivery for just the items they’d like to keep, helping to bridge the gap between the offline and online shopping experience.

Making the online payments process simple, smooth and safe for shoppers will help online retailers like Finery boost conversion rates and drive growth in their markets. As the partnership progresses, we look forward to working with the brand on data-driven marketing and personalised targeting to help reduce abandoned baskets and increase loyalty”, said Luke Griffiths, UK General Manager of Klarna.

Luca Marini, COO at Finery, commented: “We strive to be at the forefront of eCommerce offering a simple, hassle-free browsing and buying experience. To win in the hypercompetitive fashion eCommerce space, we need to eliminate friction for our customers and our choice of Klarna goes exactly in that direction.”
