Zij heeO meer dan 15 jaar werkervaring bij wereldwijd opererende e-commerce bedrijven, waaronder OLX Group (Naspers), eBay Global en Stealthwrks, waarbij zij succesvolle mulTculturele en mulTdisciplinaire teams heeO opgezet en omni-channel OTC processen heeO gedigitaliseerd. 

Als expert op het gebied van marktplaatsen zal Jil zich bij ConnecTve Payments o.a. richten op planning, ontwerp en implementaTe van plug-and-play betaalprocessen, groeistrategieën van marktplaatsen en financiële reconciliaTe met gesplitste uitbetalingen.

Jil Ebanoidze joins ConnecTve Payments as Associate Partner, Order-To-Cash and Digital transformation. In addition to a broad international network, Jil brings along unique knowledge and practical experience with the development of ecosystems for marketplaces, digital invoicing and streamlining of payment processes. She has more than 15 years of work experience at globally operating e-commerce companies, including OLX Group (Naspers), eBay Global and Stealthwrks, seeing up winning multicultural and multidisciplinary teams and digitising omnichannel OTC processes. 

With her expertise in the field of marketplaces, at ConnecTve Payments Jil will, among others, focus on planning, design and implementation of plug-and-play payment processes, growth strategies for marketplaces and financial reconciliation with split payments.
