CONFIRM Partners with Acuant
Partnership strengthens world-class platform, outstanding user experience to authenticate customer identities remotely
Acuant today announced a partnership with Boston-based digital identity company, CONFIRM.
The partnership will create one of the industry’s most comprehensive cloud-based ID verification and authentication solutions, combining best-in-class technologies that support robust identity and document verification solutions to enterprises seeking remote identity proofing.
CONFIRM will tap Acuant’s unparalleled global document library to enable CONFIRM’s ID authentication capabilities to drive safer transactions for its customers operating in a global environment. Acuant has the industry’s largest ID document library with over 6,000 global documents for credential management, including identity documents from over 200 countries.

CONFIRM allows for secure transactions between businesses and people by linking physical ID documents to digital identities through mobile SDKs and RESTful APIs. CONFIRM’s software uses advanced machine learning and computer vision technologies to dynamically authenticate identity documents by inspecting hidden microprint and advanced security patterns, such as holograms, watermarks, and perforations. CONFIRM has deep experience and focus on mobility and payment solutions.
