Clim8 launches TV advertising campaign with renowned science presenter and mathematician, Hannah Fry
Clim8, the investment app for climate impact, has announced a new TV advertising campaign with mathematician, best-selling author and award winning science presenter, Hannah Fry. Now live on Channel 4 and voiced by Hannah, the advert is a key part of Clim8’s goal to raise awareness around the importance of climate impact investing, empowering consumers to invest in companies making a positive impact on the planet, as opposed to “greenwash” funds.
Hannah chose to partner with Clim8 as its mission resonates strongly with her own moral standing on climate change. She is an advocate for making the world a more sustainable place but hyper aware of the challenges that consumers face when trying to live more sustainably, from confusing advice to misleading “green” advertising. Hannah believes Clim8 is a “force for good” in the fight against greenwashing and climate change.
The Clim8 Invest app makes it easy to invest in actively managed portfolios under six categories – green energy, clean mobility, climate technology, sustainable food, water systems and the circular economy.

Founded in 2019, Clim8 has raised £12m in funding from investors including Channel 4 Ventures and 7percent Ventures, as well as finance industry leaders, several ex McKinsey partners, and over 5,000 crowdfunding investors.
