Bussan Auto Finance India Digitises Loan Collections with Nucleus Software

Nucleus Software today announced that Bussan Auto Finance India (BAF India) has successfully completed the deployment of Nucleus FinnOne mCollect.

BAF India – a joint venture of Mitsui & Co. and Yamaha Co. – was established to enrich customers’ lives by providing customer-friendly and high quality financial services. The company’s goal is to become the most preferred financier for customers and dealers of Yamaha two wheelers across India.

To support the company’s goal, BAF India wanted to leverage the power of mobile devices to enhance efficiency, reduce the cost of collections and deliver an improved customer experience. FinnOne mCollect is helping BAF India to automate their manual processes, reduce the risks associated with float money and offer customer friendly doorstep collections. The intuitive solution enables paperless processing, helps users allocate cases on their mobile devices and automates other time consuming procedures such as issuance and reconciliation.

As part of our customer oriented strategy digital is a key focus for us. The adoption of digital platforms will enhance our long term competitiveness. We have worked with Nucleus Software for many years, their combination of advanced technology and deep business expertise helps us fulfil our vision,” said Mr. Girish Nair, National Head Sales & Marketing of Bussan Auto Finance India.

We are honored to be BAF India’s technology partner and we are delighted to be able to help digitize their collection processes. With FinnOne mCollect, BAF India will be able to accelerate their digitization journey, increasing business agility and delivering a more customer-centered experience. With this milestone, our lending mobility solutions are now processing over 20.58 million transactions worth more than $6.32 billion across our customer base,” said Mr. Vishnu R. Dusad, CEO, Nucleus Software.
