“Education is a process. When we say education in crypto, we should expand it beyond retail investors. Since the publication of the Bitcoin pay whitepaper in 2008, the cryptocurrency system has been passing through an educational process. Whether as an investor or a service provider, we are all learning every day and of course, all this learning of the service providers is impacting retail investors positively.”
“We’ve started to learn more about our target audiences and their needs in a better way. That helps us to close the gap between our services and retail investor’s needs, and education is one of the essential needs of these investors.”
