Bibby Financial Services appoints Helen Norris as Chief People & Organisation Officer

International business financier, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has announced the appointment of Helen Norris as Chief People and Organisation Officer to drive forward its BFS 4.0 strategy, which aims to bring together people and technology to boost support for SMEs around the world.

Helen Norris joins BFS from the British Business Bank, where she spent more than three years as Chief People Officer. Helen has over 30 years of people insights, all within financial services, including senior HR and organisation roles at HSBC and Nationwide, where she spent almost six years.

Jonathan Andrew, Chief Executive Officer of Bibby Financial Services, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Helen to BFS during what is a hugely exciting time for the business. Helen joins BFS on 1 January 2022 reporting to Jonathan Andrew as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.  BFS was formed in 1982 and this year celebrates its 40th year of supporting businesses. Today, BFS supports 9,000 businesses across Europe and in Asia.
