Banco BNI Europa and Raisin strengthen their cooperation offering innovative savings products to Portuguese savers

Banco BNI Europa, one of Raisin’s long-standing partners, has entered into a cooperation to enable its customers to access European savings products provided by Raisin, the leading provider of simple savings and investments products. Via Banco BNI Europa´s website Portuguese savers will gain access to Raisin and its partner banks across Europe.

This collaboration is the first of its kind to go live in the Portuguese market.

 “Starting today, Portuguese savers can diversify their savings by opening and managing term deposits throughout Europe with a chance to gain higher interest; a great alternative to manage their liquidity”, says BNI Europa Executive Chairman Pedro Pinto Coelho, “Without the Raisin platform, willing savers not only have to research the country, the bank and the product by themselves, but also comply with varying account opening procedures in foreign countries.  This cooperation is a step further on our Challenger Bank strategy of delivering innovative, quick and easy-to-use products to our clients.”

The integration of the service into Banco BNI Europa follows a number of other partnerships across Europe such as the successful launch in early 2018 with BinckBank from the Netherlands and with N26 in 2017. More partners are to follow soon as the network is continuously expanding across Europe to reach further customers.
