ASUS Partners With 2C2P to Power a More Seamless and Flexible Online Shopping Experience
ASUS, one of the world’s top computer brands, and 2C2P, a global payments platform, today announced a partnership to give Singapore customers a more convenient, quick and secure online experience. By integrating 2C2P’s omnichannel payment solution to the newly revamped ASUS Store, ASUS is able to offer its customers frictionless payments using cards, PayNow QR and Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) while simultaneously connecting its digital store to its fulfilment partners for seamless payment and settlement.
Previously, ASUS Singapore has always sold its products through authorised resellers’ brick- and-mortar stores. With the launch of its new digital store, ASUS has completely digitalised the shopping experience for the consumers, complementing its existing brick-and-mortar strategy.
Through 2C2P’s payments technology, customers can now browse and purchase the latest range of laptops and desktops on the ASUS Store, pay using their preferred payment method, and get it delivered to their home or choose to pick it up at their preferred or nearest retailer. This option is already available for their ASUS Exclusive Store Bugis managed by their authorised reseller and will be progressively made available to all of its 108 stores islandwide later through the year. In addition, 2C2P’s payments solution also comes with customised features that help ASUS to automatically reconcile multiple business streams and ensure accurate data reporting.
ASUS’ digital transformation and its complementing business approach was recognised by the 2022 Adobe Experience Maker Awards for successfully ‘disrupting’ the traditional consumer experience, and was named as a global category finalist.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has led to significant shifts in consumer behaviour and changed the way we shop. Partnering with 2C2P helps ASUS address these fast-evolving trends by creating a seamless omnichannel payments experience to revitalise the customer journey. 2C2P’s diverse payment options and ability to automatically reconcile transactions are important benefits. In addition, its split payment feature allows ASUS to route the payments directly to its resellers or distribution partners simultaneously. ASUS also values how 2C2P’s committed and responsive team are supporting us to realise our vision of a digital business,” said Megan Wang, Business Development Manager at ASUS Singapore.
“2C2P is delighted to partner with ASUS Singapore to advance their omnichannel offering. Our advanced platform seamlessly caters to ASUS’ differing business needs, whether it is securely accepting their customers’ preferred payment methods or making simultaneous payments to its resellers or distributors. At 2C2P, we are always looking for innovative ways to support and empower our merchants’ digital transformation journey,” said Agnes Chua, Executive Director, Business and Product Development of 2C2P.
