ACI Worldwide to Showcase its Omni-Channel Payments Solutions

ACI customers, Co-op and Voyages-sncf, to share insights on payments infrastructure modernisation and eCommerce fraud management 

ACI Worldwide will showcase its market-leading omni-channel payments solutions at the upcoming Retail Technology Expo (RBTE), Europe’s biggest annual event for the retail and hospitality industries, held in London Olympia, May 8-9, 2017 (booth 626).

ACI experts will demonstrate key payments and fraud solutions in a live-environment, including ACI’s Mobile Commerce Software Development Kit (mSDK) for iOS and Android as well as its in-store and omni-channel payment capabilities

In addition, two of ACI’s customers will share insights on how working with ACI helps them to support revenue growth, minimise fraud and improve the overall customer experience:

Paul Fletcher, solutions specialist, The Co-operative Group will discuss how the modernisation of the retailer’s payments infrastructure has helped to serve customers more effectively.

Tuesday 9th May, 13:20 BST – Expanding Cross-Border Fraud Management to Drive Conversion

In this session Nick Sarris, risk analyst, ACI Worldwide will be joined by Nicolas Bosmans, fraud manager, Voyages-sncf to discuss eCommerce fraud management strategies as the French rail operator continues to expand across borders.
