At Finovate Europe 2023 in London, we caught up with Olena Iosifova, CEO of Ender Turing. Ender Turing offers a call centre performance management software that aims to speed up quality control, coach agents, and skyrocket customer satisfaction.

“We decided to focus on financial industries and actually a little bit wider for regulated industries with our products because we see the be fit. Everybody thinks AI is something magical and there’s nothing magical in it. It’s just complex machine learning creating neural networks. Very important stuff, but then, in the end, customers are really satisfied with the value that they get a kit of work that currently machine learning and neural networks do.”

“Generally, we cover three areas with financial institutions. One area is compliance, you know that all the calls and communications with clients in the financial sector should be recorded and then provided for analysis for their regulatory bodies. We help companies to stay compliant while analyzing the content of all these conversations with this system.
