“We understand the customer base. We look at what their needs are, we look at if their needs are being met and if they’re happy with the products that they get. With the credit cards, we’ve done exactly that.”

“We looked at the customer base and realised that they needed transparency and they needed control, which they were not getting from the existing solutions in the market. Our credit cards give them exactly what we tell them they’re going to get.”
