In this interview we travelled to Madrid to speak to Jesus Renero from BBVA AI Factory to find out how they’re using new AI technology to revolutionise the banking sector.

Speaking to Douglas Mackenzie, Renero talks about their exploration into the possibility of Machine Learning improving integral features such as risk management and fraud detection. These new tools can make predictions and highlight data that would be inaccessible otherwise. The AI Factory is BBVA’s way of getting behind innovation but also ensuring that developments are compliant and safe.
