“We start from a principal basis, where we’re trying to capture everything at the lowest granularity at least initially.”

“We focus on the transactions, and then how to count for those transactions, and from that one transaction, if you’re subject to three or four different bases, we will account for that transaction in each of those different bases and be able to produce sets of books and records in each one of those bases.”
