At Finovate Europe 2023, we sat down for a conversation with Gregor Bierent, the CEO of NF Innova. NF Innova is a company focused on the digital transformation of banks, with digital banking software that allows incumbent banks to compete with fintechs and challenger banks.

“NF Innova is a company we incorporated around 9 years ago, it’s a real greenfield startup and it’s actually helping since back then to transform banks into digital leaders. We developed our own omnichannel platform, we focused alot on the automation of customer-facing processes. Like if you want to open your banking account, but not on the phone or by coming into a branch. Then our technology becomes part of the game.”

“We also focus on customer experience and customer engagement to make banking fun and easy, like shopping on Amazon.”
