Over in Las Vegas for Fintech Meetup 2023, the FF News team caught up with Sherri Schwartz, the Head of Marketing at OvationCXM. OvationCXM are a customer experience management platform that aims to enable brands to take ownership of their customer experiences.

“We believe that you cannot have a great customer experience end-to-end and customer journey without connecting your ecosystem of your internal tools of your partners. There are a variety of touch points and interactions that happen in a customer’s journey.”

“So what we do, is we are an end-to-end journey orchestration building. We also bring in those internal tools and those ecosystem partners to eliminate a lot of the chaos. One of our customers Key Bank said it best. It can sometimes feel like it’s 1-800 ping pong or a pinball machine of interactions and a bank can quickly lose visibility of where the customer is.”
