At Finovate Europe 2023, we caught up with Nickolas Belesis the VP of Growth and Partnerships at FinTech Insights by Scientia. Scientia aims to provide a digital banking research platform that gives banks and fintechs a clear picture of what the industry standards are in financial services.
“I think what makes a really great banking app is first of all being able to provide all of the features that your customers are looking for. There are so many fintech options out there, at least from the traditional Bank’s perspective that are sort of draining that wallet share. It looks like there’s a bit of a death by 1000 cuts scenario happening.”
“What we really want to do is empower the banks to provide the best features of products in terms of that experience. Bring the friction down, take the dropoff down essentially from these users in their banking apps, and get them that suite of loveable products so they don’t need to seek them elsewhere.”
