Over in Berlin for MPE 2023, we were joined for an interview by Kevin Baker, Head of Merchant Services for EMEA at Bank of America. Bank of America is an American multinational investment bank and financial services holding company. It’s one of the big 4 banking institutions of the US and it serves approximately 10.73% of all American bank deposits.

“We’re actually one of the largest global merchant services providers and in partnership with our global transaction services of the bank. We offer a whole host of payment methods for our clients globally.”

“This year, really one of the largest things we’ve seen is the digitization of payments even more. So, both in the card present and the card, not present ecom environment. We’re also seeing new channels really get more popular such as connected vehicles, and it’s really our key focus to make sure that our global multinational clients continue to be able to accept payments wherever they trade.”
