FF News Tattoo Studio: Inside Sinpex’s Mission From Compliance to Commitment
At the FF News Tattoo Studio at Sibos 2025, Leon Linde from Sinpex sits down for a light-hearted but telling interview while getting the Sinpex logo applied and jokes that the permanent version will come with a “trillion-dollar exit,” but the gesture underlines how strongly he identifies with the business.
Linde says he’s proud to wear Sinpex’s logo because he believes Sinpex is building something a product that really matters for banks, payment providers and other financial institutions. Two things keep him committed to Sinpex: the impact of the product and the internal culture. In his role, Linde enjoys a high degree of freedom and ownership, working on his own projects and developing with the company instead and the blend of autonomy and responsibility was a key reason he joined Sinpex.
Talking about working directly with founder and CEO, Linde describes it as demanding but very positive: he’s pushed, but always on tasks that are important, from setting up a new Google Meet–based meeting environment to driving growth projects. Looking ahead, Linde sees Sinpex focused on expansion across Europe. With an upcoming regulatory directive set to harmonise rules across EU markets, Sinpex’s software is well placed to serve more than just its initial home base in Germany.
