Money20/20 USA 2025: “Where Have You Travelled From to Be at Money20/20 USA?”

At Money20/20 USA 2025, we asked the attendees a quick-fire question to show just how far people are willing to travel to be part of Money20/20 USA. In response to the question “Where have you travelled from to be at Money20/20 USA?”, attendees reel off a mix of long-haul and shorter hops that show the event’s global pull. Some have crossed continents: one guest has come all the way from Barbados via Orlando, another from Cyprus in Europe, and others from Porto in Portugal and Toronto, Canada.

There’s also a strong presence from across the United States, with people arriving from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando, Minneapolis, New Jersey, Atlanta and other cities.

A few attendees joke about how close they are compared to others, as one mentions they could even have driven instead of flying, while another explains they’ve just moved from Ireland to San Francisco earlier in the year, underlining the international flavour of the fintech community itself. The overall impression is that Money20/20 USA is a true global meeting point for fintech professionals, bankers and financial services enthusiasts: a place people are willing to travel hours, or even cross oceans, to attend, because it’s where their peers, partners and future collaborators are coming together.
