AI Card Designer by G+D: A Game-Changing Demo in Card Personalisation

During this live demonstration, Kelvin Deng from G+D Singapore demonstrates the capacity of G+D’s AI Card Designer – a digital tool that enables banking customers to design and personalize their debit or credit cards using AI.

By integrating this functionality directly into a bank’s digital services, customers can design cards using prompts, keyword inputs, or speech-to-text technologies across several languages. The AI produces customized visuals based on customer preferences whether they want a “tiger with spectacles in Bangkok” or a minimalistic sleek look. Customers can customize their design with styles (realistic, anime, fantasy), card orientation, background colors, and can even add personalizations like their name or a custom message.

The demo also walks the audience through the order and preview processes, card scheme selection (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and compliance filtering to confirm that every design complies with the bank’s policy. After approval, cards can be mailed using the provided card or can be issued in-branch to ensure that customers have a seamless and secure potential user experience.

Overall, this demo shows how G+D is leveraging AI and personalisation of the card product to change both card issuance and digital banking experiences.
