If You Could Add One Topic to the Agenda, What Would It Be?

At Lucanet World 2025, we asked people what topics they would add to the Lucanet World agenda, and their answers pointed towards some important topics in fintech.

One person hoped for more talks about ESG which shows that more and more financial institutions care about being sustainable and doing business the right way. Another attendee said there should be a talk about customer complaints and  making things better when we talk to customers.

Several attendees wanted to go over what works best for controllers, mostly those who handle financial control while others mentioned making the CFP solution better so it fits what clients need.

Looking ahead, more attendees wanted sessions on financial reporting, focusing on what skills will be important soon and how people can grow in their careers. There were also requests to grow what the next-generation consolidation tools can do to solve common problems clients face.

All these different ideas make it clear that the fintech industry want to not only make current tools better but also check out what’s coming next in the financial world.
