Out in Vienna for the Temenos Community Forum 2023, we caught up with Hervé Maillot, Managing Director at Deloitte. Hervé provides valuable insights into his role and Deloitte as an organisation.

Deloitte visited TCF 2023 to have conversations surrounding their professional service offerings, a wide range of auditing, consulting, and financial advisory services, assisting organisations in solving complex business challenges and driving growth.

“I’m currently co-leading our core banking transformation practice and Centres Of Excellence. So my focus is really on those core banking complex transformations which our clients are worried about. It’s always a very complex journey, and our job is to help them go through that journey end-to-end.”

“What best describes the way we deliver value to our customers is end-to-end journey. The first step is to convince the boards of directors to actually go through that journey, which is usually a complex one. The second step is to help define what the future looks like. One of our core strengths is to go through the definition of the target architecture and how to get there.”
