Joining us for another episode of our Sibos series with SunTec is Madhur Jain, Head of SaaS at SunTec and Allison Shonerd from Bank of America, to talk about the changes in banking and what they’re doing to put customers first.

Jain points out that new technology and the agility it provides must be implemented with a customer-first rather than a product-first mindset. Shonerd who heads up Global Digital Disbursements, talks about the internal experimentation and proof of concept they’re doing to ensure they best serve their customers. Our BoA representative also talks about adopting new payment rails and wallets as well as exploring the new frontier of tokenisation.
