Chargebacks911’s unified platform for chargeback management is growing from strength to strength and we spoke to CEO Monica Eaton and new chairman Guy Harris at Money20/20 Europe to find out more.

Their platform provides technology to banks and FI’s, as well as retailers and merchants to manage the end to end workflow for chargebacks and disputes. Monica enthused about opportunities to grow in new territories and help ‘revolutionise the way that disputes are processed today.’

New chairman Guy Harris brings a wealth of experience from his time at Bank of America, to lead their strategy going forward. He was attracted by the company’s exciting vision and the ‘phenomenal platform’ that has 2 and a half million merchants and 50 FI’s, blue chip banks included, on board.

“It’s a niche product that many don’t recognise. It’s a back-office situation but it’s becoming more relevant. The industry needs to take note because this is a liability and an increasing cost.”

“With these new payment forms, there is a lack of dispute processes within that, so we’ve got to help build that capability.”
